Research

RESEARCH ACTIVITIES

Currently conduct agronomic research tests including but not limited to corn, cotton, wheat, soybean, canola, crop protection product screening and testing, herbicide resistant weed management, and soil moisture sensor research in conjunction with irrigation scheduling for corn and soybean.

EXTENSION

Conduct yearly meetings/crop field tours with respect research findings that address current challenges in agronomic crops. Conduct on-farm field trials related to variety selection, herbicide resistant weed management, and irrigation scheduling. Disseminate research results and pertinent local information via news letters, blog posts, and social media outlets.
